For Tomorrow

God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth should change and though the mountains slip into the heart of the sea; though its waters roar and foam, though the mountains quake at its swelling pride. Selah. Psalm 46: 1b-3

On my own I cannot do this. On my own I would be crushed under the weight of all the emotions I am feeling. On my own I am panic-stricken.

As tomorrow’s events draw ever closer and the fears of holding another baby work their way from the pit of my stomach to my aching heart, I find myself leaning on the Lord more and more. Having this baby is a blessed event and one I know I will cherish, but when you have lost a child, there are fears that can crop up even in the happiest of moments.

And so, I seek refuge and strength from the only One who can truly banish these fears. While my earth has changed and my mountains have slipped, the Lord has remained a present help.

Thinking of you and praying for you and your little one. Sometimes it is so hard to understand and know that God doesn’t make mistakes. His wisdom is so infinite. Time is a great healer but yet some days I know time seems to go so slowly. Praying you have a safe and happy holiday week. Marie

I pray for your children and husband. What great blessings God is continually pouring on your family.I pray you will all enjoy and see God’s glory. And every life that mingles with yours will see only Jesus. I pray for His Peace beyond your understanding. That you’ll not think about things as much as you’ll simply enjoy what He is showing your family through every detail of each day. I pray that without ceasing, you’ll turn your eyes toward Jesus and that everything you do will lift up His name. I pray your children will see in you someone who is so in love with Jesus that nothing can shake her.And I hope you’ll pray the same for me.

Amy,God will give grace for everything. Until then, live in the grace that He gives for <>this<> moment. When we worry about the future, we’re trying to live inside grace that is not yet ours. God is the giver of all good things. Greater is He that is in you than any fear. Breathe and know that the Lord has you in His loving hands. Praying for this time,Liz
