That is gross but sadly ours looked just like that, we finally cleaned it. Or I should say my mother in law finally cleaned it
I’m about to go on a house cleaning rampage and I fear that THAT is exactly what my filter is going to look like when I’m through!
I just have to say I absolutely love the fact that I am not alone! lol
my hubby actually dismantled the hose part of our upright this morning only to find a very similar content clogging the tubing…i didn’t even know the hose came off!!

Obviously the vacuum gets plenty of use!
in all seriousness, where’s the filter? I thought the actual vaccuming end doubled as the filter with all the hair that gets caught up in it.

Mine would probley look that too, but we use a Rainbow….the dirt ends up in the water and you dump it~

Seriously, I’m not sure all vacuums have filters. Mine is 20 year old Amway that is bagless. Took me 2 years to discover the filter the first time! lol
Sometimes you just forget to clean it!
