With the holidays fast approaching (and our family trying desperately to slowly take it all in!), I’m thinking this last trimester might prove to be a bit of a whirlwind. Already this past week, we took a family trip to the pumpkin patch, I met a friend at a hotel for some time of refreshment, drove several hours to pick up some of my children who were visiting grandparents, went to an eye appointment for my oldest son, went to a Bible conference Friday night, and blogged the first 5 days of my series on Home Management for the Homeschool Mom! I can honestly say I’m looking forward to a much slower week!
Something I really wanted to share with you this week is a new part of my nightly routine…
My skin has gotten quite dry with the change in weather, and I decided it was time to start making my own bath oil again. However, as I was rummaging through my cabinet, I ran across a bottle of Mama Bee (from the lovely Burt’s Bees) and decided I would finish it up before making my own. I’m not a big fan of rubbing oil directly onto my skin, but putting a few drops in bath water is so nourishing without the greasy feeling! That’s great that you’ve reached the third trimester! I just passed my due date yesterday, so I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of our little one.
