It seems everyone I know online and in real life has been battling some bug these past few weeks. Most of our crew (myself included) went down with the stomach flu and a few of us had to deal with a cold as well.
Today, I want to share with you a natural home remedy for cough syrup that can be made from items you more than likely already have in your pantry.
Natural Cough Syrup
1/4 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp ginger
1 Tbsp honey ( I prefer buckwheat and/or raw)
1 Tbsp vinegar (I prefer apple cider vinegar)
2 Tbsp hot water
Mix all ingredients together in a small cup and sip as needed.

Fresh ginger would be best, but the others are ok as well. Just use less dry.
