  1. I have not done too many crafts with my girls during the Lenten. I do have six daughters that love crafts so this would be good!

  2. I saw so many things that I want to make with my kids. The three crosses on the mountain paperplate, the garden tomb where they tried to find Jesus and so many others. You have to look on pinterest.

  3. What a wonderful way to focus on the true meaning of Easter!! I’d love to have my kiddos make this beautiful artwork!

  4. Our church doesn’t recognize lent as it is not mentioned in the Bible, but I’m always open to deepening my faith and understanding.

    • It’s mentioned in the Bible. Try Matthew chapter 4. Should read,” And after fasting forty days and forty nights, He was hungry.” Lent is practiced to follow Our Lord’s example.(But, as a side note, Fat Tuesday has no bibical evidence. It’s just fun to eat cajun on that day.) Happy fasting, fellow fish eaters! 😉

  5. No, we do not do any special crafts during this season. I do, however, have many children that are artistic and I’ve been looking at See the Light’s materials. Thank you!

  6. We do a little. I would love this. My children are much more artistic than me (they take after their daddy!). Thank you for sharing this. I am going to look into it more.

  7. Love doing crafts with my kiddos. We usually do Resurrection rolls for the Easter season. Would Love this pack!

  8. I TRY to do special things, sometimes I get lazy or the season creeps up on me. I am going to try do some things this year for sure!

  9. I was JUST looking at this tonight putting it on our “want” list for curriculum. This looks amazing! Thanks for the opportunity!

  10. No, I don’t do arts and crafts during Lent, but my sister has a couple of kids and I thought this might be a nice gift for her if I won.

  11. We did a resurrection garden and resurrection rolls two years ago. I would love to do several crafts/projects this year. This would be great to win.

  12. No, we don’t do many craft around lent. I encourage each child to consider giving up something for the season but do not force it. Thanks for the chance to win!

  13. Yes, we do special crafts for just about everything! Haven’t decided on anything yet for leading up to Easter, so this would be great!

  14. This year as a family we are studying the names of God for our Lenten devotion. In the past, I have a Passion week lapbook with my children. I really enjoyed that and we all learned a lot.

  15. We have never done anything for Lent, but I keep seeing it crop up in different blogs. It has me intrigued. My word for 2014 is Discipline. This year might be the perfect time to observe Lenten season. :)

    • For the record, we do do a lot of activities to celebrate Easter, but not Lent. Is this the same thing? Looking at the comments of others, I am wondering if I am confused as to what is meant by “Lenten season.” Going to research this more. And btw, this DVD looks amazing! Thanks so much for hosting. :)

  16. I never thought of doing special crafts for Lent as I’m not a very artistic/crafty person. Some of my kids are artistic though, so I’m sure they would love doing this!!

  17. We do art almost weekly, sometimes more. We haven’t done any thing specifically for lent, but this would be a wonderful addition.

  18. My 7-year-old loves drawing, and I’ve been wanting to help her develop her skills, but art is not my thing AT ALL. After discovering See the Light through Raising Arrows, I am really excited now about using these DVDs for our homeschooling art class!

  19. My only daughter with five brothers is very creative. I would love to win this set for her! Thank you for the opportunity.

  20. No, we don’t normally do special crafts & projects during the Lenten season. It’s just a time of quiet and reflection.

  21. Id love to win this to give me myself some better ideas about how we can be more intentional with this season.

  22. We’ve never done special projects before, but I hope to this year! Last year we had a Seder dinner upstairs in my boys’ room (the “upper room”), where we ate on the floor w/ pillows and a low table (and grape juice was spilled on the beige carpet…oops!). My kiddos loved it! This year I hope to add a devotional every morning leading up to Resurrection Day (Ann Voskamp has a free one on her website), and maybe some crafts as well. Thanks for the giveaway, and I look forward to seeing you at the Nashville TTD Conference in a few weeks!

  23. Crafts anytime of the year are a challenge for me. I love having something available to “jump start” our thinking. See the Light material is a good choice for art with the home schooled family

  24. I hope this one entry will do the trick. I don’t have Facebook account or Tweet about anything. So, this is the only entry option for me. I am very interested in receiving this coupon for the prize. There is no better way to celebrate Easter by telling your children the REAL story of Easter.

  25. We don’t normally do special crafts during the Lenten season but we have recently watched the 3 free See the Light videos online and really enjoyed them.

  26. We have done many crafts in the past. This year we are trying to sell our home so the crafts fell by the wayside. This set sounds great!

  27. We are doing a Lenten Cross this year, similar to a Jesse Tree covering the history of salvation. My boys are drawing a picture to go with each bible reading.

  28. I don’t do any crafts during this season but I sure would like to. I was just thinking if starting something today.

  29. This would be wonderful for our family!!! Our children love art and would truly enjoy this set. Your an inspiration, thanks for all the advice and great information you post!!!

  30. We’ve never done anything special for lent as it isn’t a part of our faith tradtion. I’ve thought about adding some new traditions!

  31. We don’t have any special activities during lent, but I would like to start as our kids get older (ages <1, 2.5, 5)
