I am so very excited to be teaming up with Lauren from Mama’s Learning Corner today to bring you a FREE Fruit of the Spirit devotional and printables for your little ones!
Little children love memorizing Scripture and the Fruit of the Spirit is a great place to start!
Lauren has created some wonderful printables to go along with each lesson as well as a Fruit Chart where you can track each time your child displays a Fruit of the Spirit!
I also recommend you purchase this CD as a supplement to the devotional:
I have owned this CD for many years and we love it! The songs are beautiful, simple and catchy without adding to or taking away from Scripture. A perfect fit with this devotional! {Click here for more information on the CD.}

Used this with my preschool faith formation class. The kids and parents loved it. I presented the class with a hat decorated in fruit and the kids got a kick out of that too.

I am doing this with my 2 & 3 year olds & loving it!! They don’t understand everything, but they are getting enough that they are starting to practice the fruits & asking for stickers on their charts when they do. They, of course, remind each other when they aren’t practicing the traits as well. 🙂 Thank you so much for this wonderful resource!!

We have been doing this study for the last week and it has been amazing! My kids (9 & 7) are really taking to heart the teachings and the meaning of each spiritual fruit. For love, we made a poster from 1 Corinthias 13. It is in our family room, on the wall and it has started some very meaningful conversations.
Thank you for sharing!!

Thank you for posting this. I’ve been trying to work with my 3 1/2 year old boy about playing nicely. After months of focusing on what NOT to do (hitting, “swiping,†yelling etc.) I really wanted to focus on the positive things he SHOULD be doing. “For as he thinks within himself, so he is.†Proverbs 23:7a CSB Thank you for helping me explain these difficult concepts to my small child.

Thank you so much for this post! I have been overwhelmed lately with the idea of homeschooling. My husband agrees that character building (and biblical foundation) is more important than letters and numbers, especially at this age. I have a 2 1/2 year old, 1 year old and pregnant with #3. I have little brain power or energy. These lessons take near zero preparation, extra resources or deep thinking. Thank you so much! It’s just what I’ve been looking for!
Amy says
You are welcome! Blessings on your newest little one!
erin says
