My husband and I are 10 weeks from welcoming baby #5 into our home and I just wanted you to know how encouraged I was by this podcast. There is so much advice out there on the subject, I’m grateful that you made the focus on caring for the baby’s needs as well as Mom keeping her sanity. Thanks for the encouraging words! God bless!

I am by no means a ‘put the baby on a schedule’ mom. My experience has been that they all find a rythym, most by 2 weeks old. I agree though that each child is different and may need something different. After five who slept through the night at 3 months old, the sixth insisting on nightly feedings until 8 months old took me back a bit at first. My thought is they’re only tiny once and it passes faster than you ever think it will. For those with only littles right now: enjoy not having to ‘school’ and simply let them be little. How I wish at times I could slap my 21 year old self with my 33 year old wisdom!!! ;-)
